What is the CaptureCode Personal Engagement Platform?
CaptureCode is an affordable, all in one, self-service personal engagement platform that helps businesses increase revenue by building intimate relationships with their customers.
What is personal engagement?
Personal engagement is getting to know your customers on an one-on-one level, which in turn helps you build brand loyalty.
What specifically does the platform offer?
CaptureCode has a wide variety of products. In addition to brand building and digital campaigns, CaptureCode offers a single closed loop marketing platform including email marketing, electronic and physical gift cards, mobile payments, customer surveys, loyalty, social sharing, and donation to local charities. Does CaptureCode offer a loyalty program?
Yes. All merchants have the ability to offer a custom loyalty program to their customers with our platform. Enterprise customers can offer syndicated loyalty.
Does CaptureCode have a mobile app?
Yes. We have both an iOS and Windows based merchant application (CaptureCode) and consumer application (LuxCode) which gives customers access to all of our participating locations. You can find LuxCode on the App Store and Google Play. CaptureCode can also offer a branded consumer application.
Does your platform have the ability to accept mobile payments?
Yes. Merchants have the ability to accept mobile payments on our iOS merchant application. Customers can securely link their credit/debit card to a branded consumer application so they never have to pull out another plastic card again when paying.
Integration with POS (Point of Sale) Vendors
Any special hardware required?
No. There is no additional hardware needed. CaptureCode can operate on your existing POS, and independently on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) or on your Windows based PC or on your laptop.
Can you integrate into my point of sales system?

How do I see the effectiveness of my marketing efforts and track campaign analytics?
Merchants can access online dashboard from anywhere as long as they have an internet access. CaptureCode gives each merchant access to their own Dashboard where, as a business owner, you can see real time transaction reporting as well as campaign analytics to see how effective your marketing efforts have been.
What transaction data do we get?
Transaction data is crucial to your business. It not only tells you what campaigns are working and not working but also provides other insight such as, customer frequency, knowledge of where your customers are coming from (via Facebook, LuxCode, Online, Drop-in, or Print Advertising), etc.. All of the transaction data can be found on your merchant dashboard.
Training and Marketing
Does using the CaptureCode platform require any training?
Yes. CaptureCode has a team of Account Managers. Upon signing up you will be assigned an account manager who will work with you to schedule your initial 30-minute training. This can be done one-on-one or with your entire team. Your account manager will provide any necessary follow up training.
I have little to no experience with marketing.
Not to worry! CaptureCode has a dedicated team of marketing experts that will assist your experience with our platform through to the very end. Whether it is help with launching your first campaign or ideas about putting out a survey to your customers, our staff is here to help!
How long does it take to release my first campaign to customers?
After our 20-minute account onboarding you will have full access to your merchant dashboard. From there it’s a seamless few step process to release your first campaign and just as long as an episode of your favorite TV show!
How do I market this program in-store?
Upon enrollment, CaptureCode will provide you with an in-store marketing kit. The kit includes: door stickers, table tents, branded registration sheets, and postcards.
Once a customer leaves my store it is often that they then don’t sign-up for my program. Can I sign them up while they are in my store?
Yes, of course! There are a few ways you can register your customers while you have them in your store. Customers can be registered through your existing POS, our CaptureCode iOS Application or via a simple sign-up sheet, which we provide you with upon signing up with CaptureCode.
How do I market this program online?
CaptureCode builds out a customer portal website for your business. We provide you with this link and suggest you add a hyperlink from your website to the customer portal. From here your customers can enroll in the program, recharge gift cards, purchase gift cards, access their account information, and much more.
How do I process CaptureCode transactions?
Processing a transaction is simple and fast. Simply scan a customer’s card or LuxCode app (which has their own unique 2D barcode), access their information by phone number, email or name, and then follow the onscreen options.
What if my customer does not use LuxCode?
There are options. Customers have a variety of ways in which they can participate in your program. They can choose to use physical or electronic cards, provide a phone number, email address or any other unique data which can identify them to your program.
